The machine inserts clapboards at both ends and applies pressure of up to 3000N for precise bundling, accommodating run sizes without the need for manual labor. The machine can handle signature sizes between 520 x 320 mm and 210 x 105 mm, with a maximum folding speed of 20,000 pcs/h for sheet folding and 40,000 pcs/h for web press folding. It supports signature materials with weights ranging from 60-120 gsm and can manage bundle thicknesses of 500-700 mm with a bundling pressure of 8000 N. Operating at a gas demand of 6 bar, the DK520 has a feeding height range of 300 - 520 mm and can insert boards with thicknesses of 8 - 12 mm. Measuring 3000 x 950 x 2550 mm (LxWxH) and weighing 2000 kg, this machine's robust construction ensures durability and reliability in high-demand environments.
