MANUAL STRIPPING BLANKING

The BBS SJN is a new manual stripping blanking machine designed for efficient waste removal in converting operations. This semiautomatic model features two heads, a microcomputer for enhanced control, and manipulator arms that operate at a 90-degree angle, ensuring precise and effective functioning. The machine incorporates a conveyor system for smooth handling of sheets and utilizes recovery robots for better waste management. The SJN can accommodate a maximum paper size of 1020×960 mm, extendable to 1080×960 mm, with a minimum size of 300×300 mm. The stripping size ranges from 30×30 mm to a maximum of 450×350 mm, making it versatile for various sheet sizes. It supports paper heights between 50 to 85 mm and offers a mark stripping speed range of 1-18. With a maximum working pressure of 2.5 T, the machine ensures efficient operation with its overall power of 7 kW and pressure rating of 6-8 Bar. Constructed with robust materials, it weighs 2400 kg and measures 4395 mm x 2000 mm x 2000 mm, making it a durable addition to any production floor.
