The BBS PK40 Auto Pack is a new folder gluer designed for seamless integration with both new and existing folding and gluing machines. It features a compact structure, requiring minimal space while maintaining high efficiency in the boxing process. Its patented technology allows for vertical box stacking without the need for a backstop, enhancing usability and efficiency. This model accommodates a variety of box types, including straight-line boxes and both 4-corner and 6-corner boxes with lids. It supports cardboard weights ranging from 200 to 600 g/m². The PK40 can handle box sizes with a maximum width of 320 mm and a minimum width of 70 mm, and it supports lengths up to 400 mm with a minimum of 80 mm. The maximum stacking thickness capacity is 70 mm, optimizing the production workflow for different box dimensions.
