The BBS K21A Full Automatic Cardboard Slitting Machine is a state-of-the-art sheet slitting solution designed for efficiency and precision. It automates the process of vertical and horizontal cutting, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention, with only one operator required. This machine effectively decreases the need for 3-5 operators and manages automatic unloading and stacking of finished products, allowing for seamless operation from start to finish. With automatic feeding, the machine processes boards through the first and second cuts to achieve precise finished sizes. The original board size ranges from 750 mm to 1220 mm in width and length for both the first and second cuts. Finished product sizes range from 150 mm to 450 mm in length and 85 mm to 1180 mm in width, accommodating various production needs. Featuring a robust design, the K21A handles board thickness of 1-4 mm with a board feeder capacity of up to 40 sheets per minute, and a strip feeder capacity reaching 120 m/min. It operates on an AC 380V, 50Hz power supply with a rated power of 11 kW. The overall dimensions of the machine are 11000 mm in length, 6700 mm in width, and 2200 mm in height, making it a comprehensive solution for industrial cardboard slitting requirements.
