The BBS 80DH High Speed Three Knife Trimmer is designed for efficient trimming of book blocks and brochures, operating effectively as both a standalone unit and within high-speed binding or book preparation lines. It delivers up to 4200 cuts per hour, significantly enhancing production capacity with its pre-stacking feeding capability for multiple book trimming. Versatile in setup, the machine allows for optional book feeding direction, accommodating different installation requirements. The trimmer's operation sequence begins with a front cut, followed by head and tail cuts, ensuring precise trimming. Finished products are handled by an output conveyor system for seamless transfer. A touch screen interface facilitates automatic adjustments involving side and front gauges, side knife distance, and conveyor belt height, all controlled by a reliable servo motor system. Constructed for ease of use, the 80DH includes dimensions of 3700×2200×2194mm and weighs 7000kg. Its electrical requirements include a power demand of 10kW at 380v/220v, 50Hz.
