The BBS TS-2000U3 is a fully automatic tape applicator machine designed for efficient application of bio-adhesive labels on die-cut substrates. With a generous format capacity, it accommodates box widths from 200 to 2000 mm and lengths from 200 to 1300 mm. The machine comes equipped with four applicators, which can be adjusted from 1 to 4 sets based on your requirements, and supports tape widths from 10 to 40 mm, and lengths from 10 to 9999 mm. This advanced unit offers two solutions for label application: using bio-adhesive tape and hot-melt glue combined with a removable siliconised band. The TS-2000U3 is capable of achieving a maximum conveyor tape speed of 100 meters per minute, making it extremely efficient for large-scale operations. Its compact design occupies a floor area of 8200×3200 mm and weighs 3 tons, which is manageable in most industrial settings. The machine operates on a power voltage of 380V, with options for customization based on specific client needs, and utilizes a total power of 15 KW. The power frequency is adaptable between 50 and 60 Hz, ensuring compatibility with various power systems.
