Automatic Palletizing Robot System

The proposed system consists of a fully automated palletizing robot designed for efficient handling and stacking of folded printed sheets or similar products.

The solution integrates a conveyor system, industrial robot arm and mechanical gripper, ensuring a reliable and continuous palletizing process with minimal operator intervention.

The robot is capable of handling loads up to 30 kg and stacking products up to a maximum height of 1700 mm including the pallet, allowing stable and organized pallet formation.

The system is equipped with a mechanical gripper specifically designed to pick 1–2 folded sheets per cycle, ensuring precise positioning and consistent pallet quality.

The palletizing configuration allows bilateral stacking, enabling efficient use of the available pallet area and improving overall productivity.

This solution is particularly suitable for printing and converting environments, where reliable and continuous end-of-line automation is required.
