Pharma Folder OUTSERT MACHINE

Nr. 1 ROUND PILE FEEDER 53: 

This continuous round pile feeder is designed for uninterrupted production. It is equipped with an ultrasonic double sheet detector, a batch counter, an alignment table and a touchscreen PLC control unit. It can handle a wide range of papers with different GSMs, from 28 to 90.

• The maximum sheet size is 530 mm wide by 1020 mm long.
• The minimum sheet size is 160 mm wide by 210 mm long.

Nr. 1 FOLD STATION 1: RPF-53/16

Folding station: The Superfold RPF-53/16 folding unit is equipped with 16 stainless steel folding trays and 15 deflector plates. It has a caliper setting to adjust the gap between the two rollers. All rollers are metal and PU combination. Fold length settings are made using position indicators. The belt drive on both sides ensures stable folding operation. A double sheet and wrong pharma code ejector is built in, diverting the paper before it enters the fold station. Thirteen sets of scores are supplied with the folding station.

Nr. 1 RIGHT ANGLE 4 FOLD MACHINE - SLIDING (BFC 15/4 Pro):

The Superfold BFC-15/4 Pro right-angle folding machine is equipped with an extra-long roller conveyor that smoothly feeds 530 mm-wide folded sheets to the folding unit. The machine's patented design facilitates longer usage of the folding rollers. The folding rollers are made of a steel and PU combination. The unique gear drive system enables folds of a higher thickness to be set.

This is a parallel knife folding machine for thick folds, with sheet running and jam control.
