Machine Features

• The major wall panel’s thickness is 120mm, and its max pressure is 660 Tons, so as to meet deep embossing demand.
• It have 12 sets individually adjustable heating zone for embossing. 
• The dwell delay and finalize function make the deep embossing appearance better.
• The feeder has 4 suckers for lifting paper and 4 for forwarding paper to ensure stable and fast paper feeding. 
• With Preload device, main and deputy paper advance mechanism can non-stop feeding.
• Electric front lay are equipped with 4 fiber optic detector switch.
• Side lay can be used for both pull and push, and equipped with fiber optic detector to ensure accuracy.
