The SMARTFOLD 650 PC is a versatile folder gluer designed for demanding packaging applications. Ideal for small to medium-sized boxes, it is commonly used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. This machine features advanced technology and electronics, providing flexibility and efficiency for straight line and crash lock bottom boxes. Note that the upper gluing system is not included in the standard version. This used equipment offers exceptional performance with a maximum speed of 400 meters per minute and can handle solid board material up to 800 gsm, and micro-corrugated N, E, and F types. It supports folded box thicknesses up to 12 mm and a maximum processed blank width of 650 mm, catering to various packaging requirements. The SMARTFOLD 650 PC measures 13.23 meters by 1.36 meters by 1.3 meters and weighs 6.5 tons. It requires a power connection up to 16 kW and operates with compressed air of 6 bar pressure and an air capacity of 10 m³ per hour. The machine's compressor has a capacity of 60 liters, ensuring reliable and continuous operation for professional packaging facilities.
