The SPOT UV 1450 6000 s/h, manufactured by BBS, is a new, high-performance coater designed for efficient and precise spot and surface coating of sheets. It features an advanced automatic feeder with an enlarged design, equipped with multiple sucking and forwarding suckers and air blowing capabilities, ensuring smooth feeding of sheets. The machine's front side lay gauge allows for precise sheet alignment, with sensors detecting sheet presence for automatic feeding control. The varnish supply system utilizes a combination of steel and rubber rollers with a metering roller and doctor blade design, allowing for controlled varnish consumption based on the ceramic anilox roller's line count (LPI). The innovative transferring and conveying units prevent sheet surface damage by supporting and smoothly reversing the sheets. Sheets are delivered with precision using the automatic pneumatic system, which ensures neat stacking, with safety features for sampling during operation. The machine has a maximum coating area of 1090mm x 1440mm and accommodates a sheet thickness ranging from 80-600gsm. It offers a production speed of up to 6000 sheets/hour, depending on sheet size and quality. The machine's dimensions are 12188mm×3060mm×1860mm, with a total weight of 9300kg. It requires power inputs of 57Kw for solvent-based or 47Kw for water-based operations, along with a 4KW air compressor. Optional devices, such as various roller and feeder upgrades, enhance its versatility for different production needs.
