The BBS TS-800L5 is a fully automatic tape applicator machine designed for efficient application of bio-adhesive labels on die-cut substrates. With a generous format capacity, it accommodates box widths from 200 to 800 mm and lengths from 200 to 1000 mm. The machine comes equipped with 2 applicators, which can be adjusted from 1 to 4 sets based on your requirements and 1 Tear tape applicator.

The whole machine is designed for light type, Main drive part adopts synchronous belt, and high precision positioning part adopts precise synchronous gear transmission

Its compact design occupies a floor area of 7000×2500 mm and weighs 2,5 tons, which is manageable in most industrial settings. The machine operates on a power voltage of 380V, with options for customization based on specific client needs, and utilizes a total power of 12.75 KW. The power frequency is adaptable between 50 and 60 Hz, ensuring compatibility with various power systems.
