Flexo Plate Making Machine

The flexographic plate making system is engineered to provide high process stability, precise thermal control, and consistent plate quality, meeting the technical requirements of professional flexographic prepress environments.

The machine is constructed with a full stainless steel housing, offering high mechanical strength, long-term durability, and complete resistance to corrosion. The exposure unit is equipped with imported Philips printing-specific UV lamps, combined with Philips frequency-transforming rectifiers, ensuring stable UV output, accurate exposure energy control, and precise plate registration.

The vacuum exposure system utilizes an imported Japanese Toyo slow-reflective violet suction membrane, optimized for efficient ultraviolet light reflection and uniform vacuum distribution, guaranteeing consistent exposure across the entire plate surface.

System operation is managed via a computer-controlled interface, enabling accurate parameter setting and repeatable process control. Thermal management is ensured by American-made digital integrated thermal sensors, providing precise real-time temperature monitoring throughout exposure, washing, and drying phases.

The plate processing section incorporates Japanese Panasonic or Oriental plate washing units, combined with a Japanese ORIX constant-temperature drying oven, designed to deliver high airflow intensity and uniform drying performance while maintaining controlled thermal conditions.

For post-processing, the system is equipped with Philips UVC light sources specifically designed for effective surface tackiness removal, improving plate handling, dimensional stability, and print performance.

This integrated system combines plate exposure, washing, drying, and tackiness removal within a single unit, making it a highly efficient and reliable solution for the production of soft flexographic printing plates. The equipment is designed for continuous operation, consistent output quality, and optimized workflow efficiency in professional flexographic plate manufacturing.
