This CNC flatbed knife cutting system with conveyor belt is designed for high-efficiency, continuous production in the packaging, printing, and industrial material processing sectors. Equipped with automatic loading and unloading, it reduces manual handling while increasing productivity and cutting precision.

The machine features a vacuum suction table with 8 independently controlled zones, ensuring strong and adjustable material holding for different sheet sizes. A high-definition CCD camera system enables automatic positioning and accurate contour cutting, making it ideal for printed materials and complex shapes.

The dual tool holder configuration allows fast tool changes and greater operational flexibility. The system includes an electric oscillating knife, suitable for cutting materials such as paperboard, corrugated board, leather, thin rubber, carbon fiber, PVC foam board, PET, and similar materials up to 7 mm thickness. A creasing tool is also included for precise folding lines on corrugated and cardboard materials, while a marking pen tool enables direct marking on the material.

The conveyor belt system supports continuous feeding and protects the vacuum table during operation, making the machine suitable for long production runs.
