The die-cutting machine is a high-performance solution developed by our company by combining the advanced technologies and superior features of similar equipment available on the international market. It is specifically designed for the die-cutting of high-quality folding cartons, color boxes and packaging materials, ensuring precision, reliability and high productivity.

The gripper bar is manufactured from aviation-grade aluminum, offering high strength with reduced weight. The advanced gripper opening and gripping mechanism allows the machine to handle a wide range of materials, including different types of cardboard and corrugated board, ensuring stable sheet transport throughout the entire production process.

To guarantee maximum accuracy, the machine is equipped with front and rear positioning systems as well as side alignment mechanisms, ensuring precise sheet positioning and consistent die-cutting results.

The machine adopts a high-precision intermittent transmission mechanism manufactured in Taiwan, which ensures smooth operation, high stability and reduced noise during production.

The Italian pneumatic clutch system provides fast and smooth engagement, while the pneumatic plate locking systemallows quick and convenient die plate installation and changeover, reducing downtime between jobs.

The control system is based on a Mitsubishi PLC, ensuring safe, reliable and stable operation. The machine interface provides digital and graphical displays of production speed, operating status and process information, allowing operators to monitor production efficiently. The integrated fault diagnosis and memory system enables quick identification and troubleshooting of any operational issues.

The main motor is controlled by a Fuji inverter (Japan), providing stepless speed regulation and stable operation across different production conditions.

For operational safety, the machine is equipped with 13 photoelectric sensors that continuously monitor critical points of the equipment, ensuring both machine protection and operator safety.

The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted independently at the front and rear, allowing precise pressure control depending on the material being processed. In addition, the manual barring system facilitates easy machine positioning during setup and maintenance operations.

The machine also supports die-cutting without gripper margin, enabling more efficient material usage and improving productivity in carton production.
