BBS 1060STE Automatic Foil Stamping and Die-cutting Machine

The 1060STE Automatic Foil Stamping and Die-Cutting Machine is a high-productivity automatic system designed for die-cutting and hot foil stamping operations on cardboard and corrugated board. Thanks to its robust structure, advanced control systems, and high-quality components supplied by leading international manufacturers, the machine ensures excellent precision, operational reliability, and high production efficiency.

The machine processes sheet sizes up to 1060 × 760 mm, with a maximum die-cutting area of 1055 × 750 mm and a maximum foil stamping area of 1050 × 745 mm, allowing it to handle a wide range of applications in the packaging and carton converting industry.

It can process paperboard from 0.1 to 2 mm and corrugated board up to 4 mm, providing excellent production versatility.

With a maximum pressure of 700 tons and a servo-assisted pressure adjustment system, the machine guarantees extremely precise and consistent die-cutting results. The stamping precision reaches ±0.075 mm, while the production speed can reach up to 7,000 sheets per hour, ensuring high productivity even for complex jobs.

The hot foil stamping system is equipped with 20 independent heating zones, allowing precise temperature control and consistent foil stamping quality. The foil feeding system includes three longitudinal shafts and two transverse shafts, controlled by servo motors, ensuring efficient foil management and reduced job changeover times.

The high-precision feeder unit uses a multi-suction feeding system with adjustable suction cups and automatic positioning control via HMI interface, guaranteeing stable sheet feeding even at high production speeds. Sheet transport is carried out through a vacuum conveying system, which is particularly suitable for handling even thin paper materials.

The machine is equipped with electrical and control components from internationally recognized brands such as Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Fuji, Omron, and Siemens, ensuring long-term reliability, precise control, and simplified maintenance. The PLC system monitors more than 50 safety and control points, providing high operational safety standards.

With a total weight of approximately 26 tons and a high-rigidity nodular cast iron structure, the HF-1060STE is designed to deliver maximum stability, durability, and consistent performance, even in demanding industrial production environments.
