AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED SPOT UV COATING MACHINE

This high-performance coating machine is designed for both spot and full-surface UV coating as well as water-based coating, providing maximum flexibility to meet different finishing requirements.

The machine is compatible with rubber blankets or flexible resin plates used as printing plates, allowing precise spot UV coating or full UV varnishing depending on the application.

It delivers excellent results in spot coating with accurate registration and uniform coating distribution, eliminating issues such as ink squeezing. The system significantly enhances the visual impact and surface quality of printed materials including books, magazines, food packaging, folding cartons, films, and other high-end printed products. It allows both localized varnishing of text and graphics as well as full-surface coating.

The equipment features an upper swing-type paper conveying system. After coating, sheets are transferred by the gripper bar onto a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt, where the UV curing process takes place before delivery.

The machine is capable of high-speed production up to 8,000 sheets per hour, ensuring efficient and reliable performance in demanding printing environments.
