YS-1300 High-Speed Automatic Pre-Coated Film Laminating Machine

With a working speed of up to 100 meters per minute, the YS-1300 guarantees high production capacity while maintaining stable lamination quality.

The machine can handle sheet sizes up to 1300 × 1650 mm and paper weights from 100 to 500 g/m², making it suitable for a wide range of substrates including offset paper, coated paper and grey board. 

The Ø450 mm heated laminating roller, equipped with intelligent electromagnetic heating and internal oil circulation, ensures uniform temperature distribution and high laminating pressure up to 10 tons, delivering perfect bonding even on demanding materials. 

Advanced Feeding and Paper Handling

The machine features a high-precision feeder with four blowing and four suction points, ensuring accurate sheet feeding and alignment within ±2 mm, even at high operating speeds.

A non-stop pre-stacking system allows continuous feeding without stopping the machine, significantly improving productivity and reducing downtime.

The transport system combines high suction airflow and guide brush rollers, guaranteeing smooth sheet transport and perfect flatness before lamination.
