The guillotine is equipped with a Japanese AC digital servo control system and a 15-inch full-color touchscreen interface, ensuring high precision and user-friendly operation. With a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm, the system also features automatic fault diagnosis and real-time operating status display.

It supports up to 300 programmable job groups and more than 30,000 different cutting positions, allowing fast job changes and highly efficient workflow management. Dynamic cutting visualization and real-time motion tracking provide maximum operational control. The backgauge speed reaches up to 8–30 meters per minute (5–20 m/min for models 166/186/220/260).

The advanced computer control system offers powerful data storage capabilities, with memory retention exceeding 300,000 hours, while also supporting self-maintenance and system monitoring functions.

Premium-quality components are used throughout the guillotine, including:
