BBS offline quality inspection system for printed sheets up to 1040 × 720 mm. It compares the printed product with a PDF/TIFF file or an approved sample and detects omissions, ink spots, missing characters, content shifts, and color differences in less than 30 seconds.


The BBS DPS1040 is a high-precision offline inspection system designed to verify the quality and completeness of printed products.

The machine captures an image of the printed sheet and automatically compares it with an approved digital file, such as PDF or TIFF, or with a reference sample. Within a few seconds, it can identify omissions, missing characters, ink spots, printing defects, content shifts, and color differences.

It is particularly suitable for printing companies, binderies, publishing companies, packaging manufacturers, and quality control departments seeking to reduce human error, prevent repeated waste, and improve production traceability.


Main Functions

First-Sheet Inspection

The system compares the first printed sheet with the approved digital file to verify that text, images, graphic elements, and content are complete and correctly positioned.
