Roll rewinding machine

The rewinder model 1600 is an automatic industrial rewinding machine designed for the processing of plastic film in roll form, especially PE film from 30 to 50 microns. According to the manufacturer’s documentation, the machine features servo-driven operation, automatic tension control, automatic meter counting, web guiding/alignment, PLC control, and a touchscreen HMI, providing stable and accurate rewinding performance.

The machine is suitable for master rolls up to 1600 mm web width and 1600 mm unwind diameter, with finished rewind rolls up to 1300 mm diameter. The declared maximum running speed is up to 350 m/min, depending on the material and production conditions.

The rewinder model 1600 is offered in two unwind configurations:

• Shaftless unwind version
• Shaft unwind version

Important note: the brochure describes the machine as an automatic slitting rewinding machine and mentions circular blades for slitting, while your customer request is for rewinding only. So the final configuration should be confirmed with the manufacturer before quotation.
